SUBJECT: Working for Peanuts

Wow! What a winter we are having. With plenty of snow on the ground, this is a great time of year to photograph birds. The reflective light off of the snow fills in shadows rather nicely. It's like having a built-in fill-flash.

Here are a few pics from the past few weeks of backyard birds at the peanut feeder. Yes, these are mostly blue jays, but they are such great posers for the camera. Without further ado, here are this week's pics:
